This is a video of the cars we've owned, starting with Dennis' 1954 Oldsmobile Super 88 monster; the car we had when first married, a 1962 Renault Gordini (European Sports Sedan of the time, all 36 hp); on to Carolyn's 1959 Ford Skyliner; 1965 Land Rover; then our VW van and Vanagon; Lincoln Towncar, to Lincoln LS and Volvo station wagon.

Dennis is back at it - Career and Job Finding Skills Consulting
There's just too many people out in the job market "flopping around" unnecessarily.
So by popular demand, sense of responsibility, and economic opportunity I've restarted my career consulting and job finding services practice.
It really does appall me as I talk to people facing job and career change the totally useless, outdated, time wasting, demoralizing "crap" that people are being advised to do as solutions to finding a job. All the career counselor wannabe's are out in force. The free public services are the worst. Clearly the blind following the blind.
Oh! well, seriously, if you know of anyone dealing with todays' market let them know that there is quality, creative, effective, knowledgeable, caring, supportive, experienced and timely guidance available. (Was that enough superlatives?). They can reach me via my Dennis Buckmaster Associates website.
Actually, it is enjoyable to get back in the saddle again. People's eyes start to show hope again as they discover tried and true methodology they hadn't been exposed to.
My biggest concern is for people stuck in the "networking" and "other time wasters" job search swamp. Pitiful!
Also, interesting, three of my current clients date back as long as 23 years ago. Found me on the internet by Googling my name. If you haven't, it's fun to google your own name, or names of family and friends. If a bit narcissistic.

We're back!
Events conspired to call us back to Maui for a short visit.
We arrived in time to greet the Mannings at the airport. Mike and Kathy had no idea we were coming, surprising them totally.
As the Manning tribe was occupying our condo, we stayed with the Ness'. And, great hosts they are.
Events included:
Baby Ellis was scheduled to be born 1/21/10. We scheduled our arrival home for 1/8/10 to give us plenty of leeway. Guess what? She was born on 1/7/10 (on the doctors decision) .
